Standard or Premium? How to Pick the Right Plan Without Overpaying

Choosing between the Standard and Premium plan really comes down to one question: how many call minutes does your phone line actually generate each month? The other differences (a mobile number, multiple specialist calendars) are real Premium advantages, but minute usage is usually what decides which plan actually pays off.

What you get in each plan

The Standard plan costs 99 PLN a month and includes 1,000 call minutes. Once that's used up, every extra minute is billed automatically at 0.35 PLN — the assistant never stops working, even past the limit; it's simply a transparent extra charge. The Premium plan costs 199 PLN a month and has no minute limit at all, plus lets you choose a mobile number (instead of only a landline) and supports multiple specialists with separate calendars under one number — useful for, say, a clinic with several doctors.

A simple break-even calculation

The price difference between the plans is 100 PLN a month. At 0.35 PLN per overage minute, 100 PLN equals exactly 286 minutes over the Standard limit. In other words: if your phone line regularly goes more than about 286 minutes over the 1,000-minute limit (roughly 1,286 total minutes a month or more), Premium starts paying off on cost alone — before even counting the extra features you get with it.

A quick test

Standard plus overage above 1,286 minutes a month costs the same as unlimited Premium.

1,286 min / month = break-even point

When Premium is worth it regardless of minutes

Even with lower minute usage, Premium can be the better choice if you need a mobile number (say, your business isn't tied to a physical location in a specific area code) or if you run a business where one phone number serves several independent specialists with separate schedules — a clinic with multiple doctors, a salon with multiple stylists. In that case, the multi-calendar feature alone can justify the higher price, regardless of minutes.

Zero risk in the decision

Importantly, you choose the plan separately for each assistant, and every licence is an independent, one-off purchase for 1, 6, or 12 months. You don't have to guess for the whole year upfront — start with Standard, watch your real minute usage in the panel for the first month, and decide whether to switch to Premium on your next purchase. Zero commitment, zero money lost on an early decision.

If you're not sure how many minutes your phone line will actually generate, start with Standard. The usage counter in the client panel will show you exactly where you stand against the 1,000-minute threshold before you pay for something you don't need.
