These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Voice AI Receptionist service ("Service"), available at voice.oriondial.com, provided by Global Bridge Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "the Provider"). By using the Service or submitting a request through this website, you agree to these Terms.

Voice AI Receptionist is a software-as-a-service product that answers inbound telephone calls placed by a business's own customers to that business's existing phone number. The Service answers questions based on information provided by the business, and routes calls to the appropriate department when needed. The Service does not place outbound calls, does not conduct sales or marketing campaigns, and does not initiate contact with any third party.

2. Who can use the Service

The Service is offered to businesses (B2B) that wish to automate the handling of their own inbound customer calls. It is not offered or intended for use as a tool for telemarketing, outbound sales campaigns, lead generation calling, or any unsolicited contact with consumers.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers using the Service are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide for the Service to relay to their own callers, and for complying with applicable laws relevant to their own use of a business phone line (including data protection and consumer protection law in their jurisdiction).

4. Free consultation requests

Submitting the contact form on this website does not create any binding obligation. It is a request for information about the Service. We will use the details you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All software, content, and materials made available through the Service remain the property of the Provider or its licensors. No rights are transferred to the customer other than the right to use the Service as intended.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law applicable to consumers.
