The ROI of a Voice AI Assistant — Worked Examples

Return on investment sounds like a serious question, but for an AI Assistant it comes down to simple arithmetic: how much does the licence cost, and how much is one extra answered call — one that used to just ring out — actually worth to your business? Below are three worked examples. Treat them as a starting point for your own math, not a ready-made answer.

Example 1: a small clinic

A 12-month Standard licence costs 990 PLN, or 82.50 PLN a month. If the clinic gains even one extra booked appointment a week that it wouldn't otherwise have had — because a patient couldn't get through and went elsewhere — and the average appointment is worth 150 PLN, that's roughly 4 extra appointments a month, or 600 PLN in extra monthly revenue, against a licence cost of 82.50 PLN.

Clinic — 1 extra appointment/week

4 appointments × 150 PLN a month, Standard licence cost 82.50 PLN/month.

600 PLN revenue vs 82.50 PLN cost

Example 2: an auto repair shop

A shop on the Premium plan (199 PLN a month, no minute limit) fields more calls than would fit the Standard limit, because customers call in the evenings and on weekends to ask about slots too. If that brings in just 2 extra jobs a month worth an average of 400 PLN each, that's 800 PLN in extra revenue against a 199 PLN cost — without even counting the time the mechanic saved by not answering the phone mid-repair.

Example 3: a multi-specialist salon (Premium)

A beauty salon with three stylists, using the multi-calendar feature on Premium, can take bookings for all three at once without pulling any of them away to answer the phone. If that recovers even 30 minutes a day for serving clients instead of the phone, at a service rate of roughly 100–150 PLN per half hour of work, the monthly time savings comfortably outweigh the licence cost.

The common thread

In all three cases, the number that needs to "pay off" is very small — a single extra appointment or job per week is enough for the licence to pay for itself many times over. That's because the licence cost is fixed and low (from 82.50 PLN a month on the longest Standard term), while the cost of a lost call — a customer who called, couldn't get through, and never called back — is invisible in the accounts but very real.

To work out your own break-even point, you only need two numbers: the average value of one transaction in your business, and how many extra calls a month the assistant actually saves from being lost. The client panel shows the rest — the minute and call counters are updated live.
