A clinic with a gastroenterologist, a urologist, and a psychiatrist under one phone number. A salon with several stylists, each with their own schedule. A firm with several advisors. In every case, the same question comes up: how can one phone number and one AI Assistant handle several independent schedules at once? The answer: multiple calendars inside a single assistant, a feature available on the Premium plan.
What it looks like in the panel
In a given assistant's calendar section (Premium), you can add more than one "resource" — a separate calendar tied to a specific specialist or service. Each resource has:
- its own availability hours (different days and times for different people),
- its own list of bookings, shown separately in the monthly view,
- optional Google Calendar sync for that specific person, independent of the other resources.
How it works during a call
When an assistant serves a campaign with more than one resource, it asks the caller during the conversation who they'd like to book with — then checks and offers only the slots that are actually free for that specific specialist, not the business as a whole. Two different specialists can be free (or busy) at exactly the same time, independently of each other — that's not treated as a conflict, because they're physically two different people.
Example
A clinic with three specialists, each with a different weekly schedule.
1 phone number, 1 Premium licence, 3 independent calendarsWithout this feature you'd need three separate numbers or manual call routing — with it, everything happens automatically within a single conversation.
Why it's a Premium feature
Handling several independent calendars behind one number is a more complex feature than a standard, single booking flow — which is why it's part of the Premium plan (199 PLN/month, no minute limit), alongside unlimited minutes and the choice of a mobile number. The Standard plan (99 PLN/month) always serves exactly one, main calendar — which is fully sufficient for businesses with a single schedule (one practice, one hairdresser, one treatment room).
What happens when the caller doesn't know who to book with
Today, the assistant always asks directly which specialist the caller wants to see — it doesn't guess from context (a caller saying "my stomach hurts" doesn't automatically get routed to the gastroenterologist without being asked). That's a deliberate simplification of this feature's first version — the assistant always asks rather than guesses, to avoid mistakes.
One phone number, several independent schedules — the caller doesn't even need to know that a single system is handling all of them at once.
If your business has more than one person seeing customers on their own schedule, this is exactly the scenario this feature was built for.
