BLIK, Card, or Bank Transfer? How Paying for Your AI Assistant Licence Works

Paying for an AI Assistant licence is designed to require no long-term commitment — each licence is a separate, fully independent purchase for a fixed period (1, 6, or 12 months), paid in full upfront. Here's how it works step by step.

Two independent payment paths

In the client panel, under "My Account" → "Buy licences", you have two options for each period:

• One-off payment — by card, BLIK, or bank transfer (Przelewy24), in a single simple checkout. You pay once, the licence is valid for the chosen period, and that's it — no automatic renewal.
• Card subscription — for those who'd rather have the licence renew automatically. This requires a card (BLIK and bank transfer can't technically support recurring charges), and every renewal creates a brand-new, fully independent licence — exactly the same as a one-off purchase.

Why "every licence is independent" matters

With many subscription services, buying an extra licence mid-cycle means messy proration and shared renewal dates. Not here — buying 3 licences today and 2 more next week always results in five fully separate rows, each with its own start and end date. No proration, no mixed-up dates.

What happens after purchase

You assign a purchased licence to a specific assistant in its editor — that step is free, limited only by how many unassigned licences of that type you currently hold. You can buy licences in advance and assign them as needed, or buy exactly as many as you have assistants.

Invoices

Every payment generates a real invoice, available immediately under the "Invoices" tab in the client panel, regardless of the payment method chosen.

What happens when a licence expires

You can turn on "Auto-renew from a spare licence" for a specific assistant — if you have another, still-valid licence of the same type in reserve, the system automatically assigns it instead of leaving the assistant without a valid one. If you prefer full control, leave that off and buy new licences manually whenever you want.

No annual contracts, no automatic commitments unless you choose them — you pay for exactly what you bought, for exactly as many months as you selected.

This payment model is a deliberate choice: simplicity and transparency matter more than complex loyalty discounts nobody really understands.
