How to Set Up Your First AI Assistant in 10 Minutes

Setting up your first AI Assistant doesn't require technical knowledge or a long rollout. Here's exactly what you do, step by step, from creating an account to your first test call.

1. Create a free account

Registration takes a moment — you enter an email, a password, and basic company details, then confirm your email with an activation link. Creating the account itself costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

2. Buy a licence

Before the assistant can go live, you need one licence — Standard (PLN 99/month, 1,000 minutes included) or Premium (PLN 199/month, no limit). Pay once for your chosen term (1, 6, or 12 months) by card, BLIK, or bank transfer — or, if you'd rather it auto-renew, set up a card subscription.

3. Create an assistant — manually or via auto-learning

Here you have a choice. You can give the system your website address and it will analyse the content and propose a starting configuration — a name, a greeting, and basic business knowledge — which you then refine. Or you can skip that and configure everything manually from scratch.

4. Fine-tune the configuration

In the assistant editor, you fill in: the voice and how it addresses callers (formal or more casual), a knowledge base about your business (hours, offerings, pricing, policies), contacts for transfers (who should take calls that need a human), the topic of the call and, if you need it, calendar availability for booking appointments.

Every field can be revisited and changed at any time — configuration isn't a one-shot process.

5. Set your number preference

In the "Phone number" section you specify whether you want a landline (from a chosen area code) or — on Premium — a mobile number. The number is activated after verification, usually within one business day.

6. Test it live

Once the number is active, the panel shows it right next to the "Test call" button — just call it yourself and hear exactly how the assistant sounds, the same way a real first caller would.

7. Connect a staff member's phone (optional)

If you want calls that need a human to reach a specific person live, the "Phones" section in the panel generates a one-time install link for the mobile app — a staff member opens it on their phone and is instantly ready to receive transferred calls.

Getting from zero to a working assistant usually takes a few minutes of setup — everything after that is just refining details as you go.
